One of my favorite bands these days is The Wombats.
Hailing from Liverpool, this 3 piece band is playing sold out gigs all over England. Check out there myspace page, I recommend listening to "Moving to New York" and "Derail and Crash". Look out for their debut album "'A Guide To Love, Loss And Desperation" available this fall.

The Verve - Reunited

10 years later, and it looks like The Verve has reunited. The have just released a 14 minute track of their first studio jam session entitled "The Thaw Session". By the sounds of it, it sounds like The Verve is back in full form. Click here to listen, or right-click, save as... to download.

1st post on new blog

Well, here's my first try at a blog. Let's see how it goes. I'm hopefully going to try and introduce you to some new, great music. Mostly it will from my personal tastes, but if you would like to recommend a band, you are welcome to do that. I'll try to add something at least once a week.
